This jacket is so beautiful and I love how you paired it with a chambray shirt and black skirt. You look like Zooey Deschanel. I'm sure everybody says that. You are so lovely and have gorgeous eyes (the color is amazing!).
You always leave such kind comments! Thank you so so much! I'm blushing here a little bit. And, yes, I've been hearing about my resemblance to Zooey a lot since the New Girl started. I guess I don't need a Halloween costume.
You are so sweet and leave kind comments on my blog too. Thank you very much for your kindness. Regarding your resemblance to Zooey, yes, you look like Zooey's identical twin. She is gorgeous and so are you! You really don't need a Halloween costume. (I laughed a lot when I read that) :) No money can buy that costume. It's unique and lovely!
lovely combination...but i do have a question... I assume, you live in Chicago... How do you face the windy weather with such light jackets... I mean you must be layering this with heavy coat or something? I always find hard time layering... just one piece like a anthropologie sweater just makes me look bulky!! this is just a query.....
You are right, I do live in Chicago and there's no way I could go outside without a coat in the winter. However, when the weather is in the 50s (like it's been here lately), I just put on several thin layers to keep myself warm. I almost always wear a nude colored camisole under all my sweaters and most shirts ( I get mine at the Limited store). Then I chose a thin merino wool or cashmere sweater to wear under jackets. They are warm yet bulk free. I also usually carry a scarf in my bag in case I get a little too chilly. When the weather drops down closer to freezing, it certainly gets more challenging not to look bulky with all those coats and multiple layers. But quite frankly if I know I'll be outside for a long period of time in a freezing cold I'll always chose to bundle up from head to toe rather than look stylish but be miserable. I really don't understand how some bloggers walk around with bare legs in the snow. That just seems insane to me.
All tips noted!!! I live in Chicago too... Gona try better layering... Unfortunately, I am on the heavier side of the weighing machine... :) :) Thank you!

What a wonderful combo. Love the chambray with the army-green jacket on top. The leather skirt is the perfect piece to complete the look. Beautiful!
