It may be officially fall but the temps in Chicago have been surprisingly warm. To take advantage of these last sunny days, I've been wearing lot's of delicate fabrics in bright happy colors, before they all will be stashed away until spring time. I always have a difficult time saying good bye to summer and try to stretch warm weather wardrobe as far into fall as possible. It's my way of holding on to a season I love the most, before we're buried in snow for at least three long months.
This is such a gorgeous outfit—yellow looks great on you! I sadly packed away many of my bright colors over the weekend, trying to make room for all of my fall clothes! Love that you broke out some brights :)

So pretty and bright. I love that you made your own necklace and could choose the perfect pastel colours to go with your outfit.
ReplyDeleteI really like how you let the simple yet vivid top be the focus and kept everything else soft.
I too am trying to hold onto the last of summer. Winter is the WORST.
Let's hope it forgets to come this year!
bisous
